220.50 Motors. Motors have an initial draw of power and then after a couple of seconds it stabilizes the power demand. Of course the motor was made to work and when the normal operating force is applied then it draws as needed. As you can see article 430 and 440 are being referred to and we need to look at all of those articles to make an assessment as to what is needed for every situation.
